Codie Sanchez’s Rules For Maximizing Time
Codie Sanchez’s Rules
For Maximizing Time
Sanchez shared three time-management principles she’s picked up from watching billionaire operators. First, never uni-task: stack low-effort activities (walking pads during meetings, red-light therapy while doing emails) and outsource anything below your hourly rate, even small stuff like cleaning, since it frees up time for higher-level work. Second, kill unnecessary meetings: at her company, every meeting needs one owner, one decision, and pre-reads sent 24 hours ahead, or it doesn’t happen. This system helps her run all her companies in roughly 20 hours a week. Third, know what’s actually worth your time: some things (building a business, learning a real skill) genuinely take time to do well, and the goal isn’t avoiding all time investment, it’s cutting the time that isn’t moving anything forward.

On “Scale or Fail,” Hormozi coached roofing business owner Caleb on three shifts: systematizing smaller repair jobs (lower ticket, but higher volume and margin than full replacements), building a “menu upsell” sales script (unsell what they don’t need first to build trust, then prescribe what they do need as a choice between two options), and adding a speed incentive (charge extra to jump the queue, pure margin since the work’s the same either way).
Notion Adds “Suggested Edits” For AI Agents
Notion Adds “Suggested
Edits” For AI Agents
Notion’s AI agents can now propose changes instead of making them directly. Instead of an agent editing your doc outright, you can ask it to “suggest edits,” and it’ll present each change for you to review and approve one by one, moving top to bottom through the document. Notion says this is especially useful for line-level passes, like a grammar or style edit, where you want visibility into every change before it’s applied.
Microsoft vs Google on AI Max
Microsoft vs Google
on AI Max
Microsoft AI Max for Search just launched globally, working much like Google’s version: both use AI to match ads beyond your exact keywords, generate new ad text, and route traffic to the best-fitting page on your site. Key differences: Google manages settings at the ad group level, Microsoft at the campaign level with each feature toggled on individually. Microsoft also gives full search term reporting; Google hides some terms for privacy.
Instagram Renames AI Profile Labels
Instagram Renames
AI Profile Labels
Instagram is renaming its “AI creator” account label (introduced back in May) to “AI generated profile,” and adding a description clarifying that the images posted by that account may feature AI-generated characters. The goal is to stop users from following or engaging with a profile that looks human, only to later realize the person featured doesn’t actually exist. Instagram also confirmed it will limit the reach of accounts that feature an AI-generated person but fail to add the label.

Google Launches Gemini
3.5 Transcribe
Google released Gemini 3.5 Transcribe, a new voice-to-text model that goes beyond standard transcription: it cleans up filler words and self-corrections (“let’s meet Tuesday, no, Wednesday”), auto-formats text, adapts to custom vocabulary and jargon, and supports over 85 languages with regional accents. It can also identify up to three speakers in pre-recorded audio with timestamps, and hand off tasks like image generation to other Gemini models via voice. .
