Alex Hormozi on Entrepreneurial Success
Alex Hormozi on
Entrepreneurial Success
After talking with hundreds of entrepreneurs, Alex Hormozi says the thing holding most of them back is character. He points to three traits: focus (staying on one thing instead of chasing shiny objects), patience (sticking with something long enough to actually see it through), and frustration tolerance (continuing to take the right actions even when it’s uncomfortable). His core argument is that humans naturally want new things, want them now, and want them easy, and business success requires the opposite of all three.
Dan Martell on Building Relationships
Dan Martell on
Building Relationships
Entrepreneur Dan Martell shared his system for connecting with people who feel out of reach. TRIBE = Target (list people tied to specific goals), Realize you don’t need any one person (spread outreach wide), Invest (show up consistently), Build a platform (newsletter, podcast, event — a reason to bring people together), Edit your feed (curate who you follow). He also warns against four relationship-killers: flaking, neediness, asking before giving, and being transactional.
Google’s New Smart Bidding
Google’s New
Smart Bidding
As of August 17, budget-limited campaigns that had been quietly beating their Target CPA or ROAS will stop doing so. Google’s Smart Bidding will now hold firm to your set target instead of letting performance drift just because there’s leftover budget capacity.
Meta Launches Business Agents
Meta Launches
Business Agents
At Meta Conversations 2026, Meta introduced Business Agent, an AI-powered upgrade from basic chatbots. It handles multi-turn conversations, keeps brand voice consistent across languages, checks real-time inventory, and can guide customers through checkout, all inside a single WhatsApp thread. Meta also added discovery features that let users find businesses directly through WhatsApp search, and one-tap chat starts when someone shares your business in a message.
New Research on AI SEO Coming From LinkedIn
New Research on AI SEO
Coming From LinkedIn
Meltwater and LinkedIn analyzed 9.5 million AI citations and found that LinkedIn is one of the leading sources cited in AI-generated answers. The surprising part is that 75% of those citations came from individual member profiles, while only 25% came from company pages.
Anthropic Is Now Watermarking AI Outputs
Anthropic Is Now
Watermarking AI Outputs
Future Claude models will embed an invisible watermark in generated text. It works by subtly influencing word choice in spots where multiple options are equally good, no visible change, no extra cost, no quality impact. A detection API is coming soon (but not public yet), and the watermark can’t identify the specific user or chat.
